A 40" hoop would probably be perfect for you. I let Sarah know you were interested. She will get back to you after she is done with work today. :)

btw... larger hoops are easier to hoop with, because the number of rotations per minute to keep the hoop up is more than smaller hoops. I am 5' 3" and I started with a 38" hoop.

How tall are you? Normally I recommend starting with a heavier hoop (160 psi), because they are much easier to learn with. Just tell Sarah (Glittered Goods) the colors you want and she will happily make one for you. :)

It would be awesome for you to order from her... we are just getting started, but she (and I) put a lot of love into everything we do.

My friend and I are working on getting a website set up to sell hoops and advertise our hoop classes that we are trying to start in the area.
