So far I have stumbled across a couple favorites on YouTube, Lisa Lottie & Satya, and Chistina Brittain.

I'm at a beginner level so my goal is to learn how to work with a smaller hoop so I can achieve off the body tricks, faster spins, leg hooping and breaks.

First Day Hooping

So yesterday I received my first hoop, a 3/4" 100 psi in a 39". The colors are oh so lovely, I hooped for two hours straight, didn't want to stop there but my hip was starting to get really sore lol. Today I'm sporting my initiation bruises, so worth it :)
