Today has been great! since i woke up i started my day off with some good meditation that i truly needed , a little drumming, flow wanding, and hooping! i am feeling my natural flow start to take hold but i am also trying to practice just letting the hoop guide me and trying not to take too much control. I like when it is falling gracefully around me ~ ahhh ...well ~ still pretty new to this on here but i have another video from today im going to post, and see if i can gather some more…See More
