When did you first start hooping? about a month ago

Would you call yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced hooper? definitely a beginner

How often do you hoop? as much as I can - at least once a day for about 30-60 minutes (I work a lot so I don't have too much spare time)

Do you have an indoor hoop space? a small one, yes

Is there a hoop group where you live? I am sure there is one...

Did you start it? nope.

Would you say that you are obsessed with or addicted to hooping? Addicted yes, obsessed - not yet ;)

Have you posted hooping videos? How many? nope

Do you have friends nearby to hoop with? I do know a few girls who do but we havent connected yet. Like I said, I work a lot ;)

Do you teach hooping? If so, how many people have you taught? nope

What kind of songs do you listen to while hooping? usually dubstep - Typically start with a little Mimosa..

What is your favorite song right now? favorite "song"... at the moment, believe it or not its probably MGMT Electric Feel - makes me so happy.

Do you buy hoops or make your own? I buy em.... for now.

Have you lost weight since starting to hoop? Not yet - I havent been doing it too long.

What size is your favorite hoop? No idea lol - the bigger one of the two at the moment. Easier to learn on. Hurts a little more when it smacks me in the head though lol ;)

Are you comfortable hooping by yourself in a public place? definitely getting there!

What advice would you give to to beginner hoopers? front to back, not side to side!

How much time do you spend on Hoop City Hooping Community? all day when I am at work lol Its one of the only sites that NOT blocked! :D

What was the first trick you learned (besides waist hooping)? I am learning the lasso right now, and VERY excited about it!

What is the last trick you mastered? I can jump thru a hoop! haha

What trick so far was the hardest for you to learn? the lasso is the first trick I have tried to learn, so Ill go with that one..

Which one are you finding is almost impossible to get? The Vortex... I just cant seem to grasp it yet... That and hooping around my shoulders and chest.

How many hoopers would you say live in your town/city? No idea... I am sure a lot.

Have you performed hooping in front of an audience? not specifically no. We went to Bowness Park last weekend, which was a lot of fun.

Has anyone told you you were too old to be playing with a hula hoop? never.

What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop? just a few bruises. Nothing big

Have you ever hooped naked? Topless, yes.
