I always think I'm set for the holidays. I think I can plan all the sales, online holiday graphics, and have everything new online while keeping up with videos, Twitter, emails, Facebook. Yeah right! Just like my own holiday planning at home, I always get crunched no matter how much I plan. I am foreseeing an unstoppable crunch this November and December at Troo Hoops. The difference between Troo Hoop in 2009 and 2010 seem so gigantic. We are almost at the end of our first 2 years online. The sales manager and I have taken to picking apart the Troo Hoops website and putting it back together so that its easier to use while adding numerous more options.
