My journey continues. ... It has been a very long time since I have updated my journal. It has been a long and strange trip for sure ... but at least I am enjoying the ride. My hooping has majorly improved, its so nice to actually read and watch my progress thanks to this site.
I have started my own company with my boy friend, VIOLA LEE HOOPS. I make and sell LEDs. (at a cheap/reasonable price) but also GRATE quality.

tonight i practiced my... hatha (which means..sun & moon) yoga.
i turned off all the lights in my room, lit all my candles turned on some smooth meditation music...and began my practice.
starting off with centering myself, sitting, breathing, clearing my mind.
then getting into some neutral spine poses..cat/cow...elbow-down twist...child pose to hands and knees. thread the needle.. some real good stuff. and as i worked my way through each pose,…

Wow what a relief! It would be amazing if you could help me however you can. One day my lights just randomly stopped working all together. I've tried different batteries and a different charger to charge my battery. If you have any suggestions or recommend me sending it somewhere I would be more than happy to give you business and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for an LED hoop. In fact, if you could help me I would be more than happy to mention your shop when I promote shows I will be performing at etc. Its been a real struggle trying to fix this.
