It has been 5 months since i have first starting hooping and since then my life has changed.
Im shocked with the improvements i have made, i never thought i would be able to do the things i am doing right now in such a short time.
i have been pushing and pushing my self almost every day since i got my hoop and recently i ordered my first LED hoop which should be arriving in the mail some time soon.
the hoop i use now is 42" and im about to down size to 38" with my led hoop.

Eclipse Festival 2010. Gatineau, Quebec - july 23-26,
I bought my first hula hoop.
i have had some previous experience with a hoop but not much at all.
I think i had only hooped 5 times prior to that and each time was only for a few moments.
when i was younger i loved using the hula hoops either at home or when they brought them out at school or camp,
not that i could do any tricks, i just hooped at my waist for hours on end.
Many yeas later i am rekindling my love…
