Today I worked for 12 hours, but surprisingly yet again this week for my long day I was energized when I got home and picked up a hoop. I used my “heavy” 37” black PE hoop and did some work out stuff. Then I played with my small PP, and had fun to some newly downloaded music! I love the small PP but I really miss being able to do a bunch of core work. It so hard with the 30, but…
