How many calories do you burn doing dance hooping?

Hi hoopers! I originally started hooping with a weighted hula hoop then transitioned to a 33 inch polypro. I'm wondering if anyone has estimates about how many calories you burn doing dance hooping with something lighter like a polypro vs. hooping with a heavier hoop? I recently quit smoking and have been eating like a fiend so I wanna use my hooping to try to keep some weight off.Much hoop love and thanks! See More
