This is my first journal entry. I think it's an appropriate time to start writing entries. I've been hooping for about 2 years. Last night, I had so many breakthroughs. I got into an arguement with my boyfriend and was feeling pretty down. I put on some phish, grabbed my hoop and just got lost in it. All of a sudden, I was doing tricks that I've been trying to nail for about a year. They just started coming. I think because I was able to just let go and just feel it, everything came…
