lots!!!
I'm focusing a lot on strengthening my left side... I have soo much more control with my right hand/arm..and I love my minis so I need my a strong left side. lately I've also been focusing on really slowing down tricks, it's helping me understand my movements more.. Ialso like to get really loose with the hoop, almost force myself to mess up a little because I find myself recovering from mistakes in ways I never thought of. I'm just getting back on to this site, so another goal is definitely to take better advantage of all the wonderful inspiration, personality and knowledge of this hooping community!
