So I always love hooping outside, but in 100 degree weather I am so lethargic. It makes me sick to my stomach. Does anyone have suggestions or the same problem?

Wait until after dark. My roommate and I are trying to be avid hoop enthusiasts, but, like you, we live in an area of constant heat. Bleh. So we wait until around 10-ish to start hooping. Hope this helps! :).

I live in Arkansas, where the heat/humidity is almost un-bearable. I normally hoop at night around 11-12am.
