Is there a hoop group where you live? not that i know of.
Would you say that you are obsessed with or addicted to hooping? obsessed, maybe. addicted, no. i don't go thru withdrawals when i can't hoop.
Have you posted hooping videos? How many? no i make videos to see what needs improvement, but my camera (& my skillz) still too crappy for my taste.
Do you have friends nearby to hoop with? no
Do you teach hooping? If so, how many people have you taught? no, but i did get my sister & nephew started.

Have you lost weight since starting to hoop? yes, but unfortunately gain it back during the winter.
What size is your favorite hoop? 37", 3/4" 100psi. perfect diameter & weight, small enough to do a few tricks when i'm inside. minimal decoration for the concrete outside my door. yes i live in one of those rowhouses - no lawn.
Are you comfortable hooping by yourself in a public place? somewhat. ipod shuts out all comments (i have a great pair of earbuds), but i can still read attitude. men are rarely sexist or haters, but women & girls almost always give off a real shitty vibe. it doesn't stop me, i hate that it exists.

What advice would you give to to beginner hoopers? learn new moves in both directions simultaneously, your bad knee/hip/shoulder etc will thank you.

Do own an LED hoop? Where did you get it? no, but when i do get one i'll prolly make it from a kit.
How much time do you spend on Hoop City Hooping Community? not as much as sites i can log onto from my phone. plus, i'm still a newbie.

What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop? black eye
Have you ever hooped naked? no, i don't really need to hoop inside when its warm outside (i'm not taking my clothes off in public w/o getting paid, nobody but my soulmate wants to see my old ass naked :-), & the basement is too frickin cold in the winter.
Have you been to a hoop camp/retreat? Which one? generally i'm not into camps, retreats, workshops, or classes. i don't do well in such environments.
