When did you first see hoop dancing?: some years back in the olimpics. that is what they were doing right?

What is your goal for 2010? (Doesn't have to be hooping related): i want to lose a LOT of weight!

Why is this goal important to you and how will it improve your quality of life?: i need it for my health, to feel beautiful again. to be able to move and have control over my body like i once had. i feel like i'm in a foreign body and don't know how to use it.

i am so sorry i haven't kept you up-dated. I haven't been feeling well on top of having my feet sweel so big i couldn't wear shoes. I would have to go pick my son up bare foot! Nothing fit! I think my wieght and the exurtion of hoping bothered my feet but i noticed yesturday… Continue
