Would you call yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced hooper? Intermediate

How often do you hoop? anywhere from 10 minutes to more than an hour!

Do you have an indoor hoop space? My living room is ok for hooping. I do wish for more room...

Is there a hoop group where you live? Yes

Did you start it? No

Would you say that you are obsessed with or addicted to hooping? Completely

Have you posted hooping videos? How many? only the one to facebook

Do you have friends nearby to hoop with? Some but not many. It can be hard to find the time to meet that is convenient to everyone.

Do you teach hooping? If so, how many people have you taught? Not officially, but if people ask I try to explain.

What kind of songs do you listen to while hooping? Rock, pop, and I love oldies!

What is your favorite song right now? Rich Girl Feat Eve by Gwen Stefani will have me dancing in my hoop everytime.

Do you buy hoops or make your own? Make my own

Have you lost weight since starting to hoop? Not really, but I did lose half an inch off my waist! Yeah!

What size is your favorite hoop? I love my 3/4 inch 160 psi that has velvet ribbon on it. It is about a 40 inch hoop.

Are you comfortable hooping by yourself in a public place? Not really.

What advice would you give to to beginner hoopers? Keep trying and have fun! If you start out sore break up your hoop sessions into one or two minute sessions and build up from there.

Do you fire hoop? If not, do you want to? I'm not sure. I really seem to be on the fence about fire.

Do own an LED hoop? Where did you get it? I jury rigged my led hoop. It is made out of led necklaces. It is a blast,; although I can't wait to get the real thing.

What was the first trick you learned (besides waist hooping)? Lifting up into laso from behind.

What is the last trick you mastered? The shoulder duck out! I did it!!!

What trick so far was the hardest for you to learn? Knee hooping and bringing it back up to the waist. I still lose it sometimes.

Which one are you finding is almost impossible to get? Knee hooping with one leg.

How many hoopers would you say live in your town/city? More than a few.

Have you performed hooping in front of an audience? Sure every time I show someone hooping! A planned gig not so much. : )

Has anyone told you you were too old to be playing with a hula hoop? No I don't think so.

What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop? Just bruising on the legs and arms

Have you ever hooped naked? Not completely.

Have you been to a hoop camp/retreat? Which one? No, but it is in the future.
