"I switch around from tubing and sizes, it depends on the music Im listening to, if I am practicing, or learning a new move. I love them all!!! "

Tonight during flow I learned surrender, feeling gratitude. This particular hoop is my favorite, Im thinking The velveteen Rabbit, there is a bond we have, I move it and it moves me. See More

Hey Jenny! Saw you were asking about LED details. If I were you I'd get a 36" LED. It may be tough to adjust to the downsize at first but I think overall you'll be happy with it—unless you love bigger hoops (38-42"). The 36 is a really nice in between size. It's great for more showy off-body moves without being massive but you can still do a lot of the on-body moves that are traditionally easier with a bigger hoop. It'll take some getting used to at first but I'm happy I went with a 36. And Rob at Cosmic will customize it, so if you'd rather step down gradually you could get a 37 and it won't feel like much of a jump. My LED is made of HDPE and I'm fine with that material. I know some people like polypro LEDs but I think I'm not quite confident enough to rock one yet—they break a bit easier if they're dropped or used during hard moves and they crack rather than kink (I've heard leg scissor switches can break them if done too hard). I'd love to try one eventually but for now I'm happy with the HDPE. Hope that helps!
