Thank you; what a great comment. How nice of who said that. I am definately interested into combining the practices of hoop, yoga, and meditation. I have quite a few ideas for new videos and articles I am planning on doing a monthly newsletter about hooping and health and will most likely contain ways to include hooping in your spiritual practices or how to get started using the hoop as a spiritual outlet.
