I've been hooping for four months with my first hoop (home-made) and it's a bit torn, scratchy, etc. now.  I am wondering if other people take the time to re-tape their hoops, and if so, how often do…

"I retape my hoops all the time! Duct tape would probably be a pain to remove, but vinyl & gaffer tapes come off quite easily. Only takes a few minutes. "

"I take all my tape off if im retaping a hoop. Easier I think this way. But good luck with the decorative tape. I only use its when a must. I like the grip, vinyl, and ribbons. Good luck ithaca fun taping."
