I live in an area that has not yet had a hoop explosion. I made my first hoop almost a year ago, several months ago I started receving requests to make hoops for others. I have been somewhat hesitant to officially start a business because I cannot find clear cut guidelines on retail/business license requirements and cannot afford to hire an attorney for this information.
