Happy to be hooping!
I am a true newbie- only been hooping for about two weeks (unless you count Super Hula on Wii Fit- I am sure you don't). I am 40 years old, recently married, moved to Guam for a few years and looking for fun ways to stay in shape. I do not know any real tricks yet. I can move from hips to waist and back. I can lean back a bit and pump. I can keep my light water hoop up for at least 30 minutes. Lately, I drop more often because I am trying new things. I am fascinated by the beautiful expression I see y'all doing online! And since I am on Guam I will likely have make my first weighted collapsible.
