going to vermont this weekend where i will be selling hoops at a craft fair. being the usual procrastinating me, i sat down at 7pm last night with all of my supplies spread out on the floor and got to work. since i'm still a relatively new hoopmaker, i haven't bought any fancy tapes but just use different colored and patterned duck tape, which i love the look of.
