i love those tricks when its like 'ill never get that' and as your saying it, you just kinda do it.

still, after 3 months, cant get the knee to waist thing. i can stabalize it and ankle hoop, just cant seem it get the hip shimmy. im covered in bruises. my work asked me how i acquired them.. told em im a carnie, circus folk. hahah. ugh, wish me progress wit the knee to waist

yesterday was my birthday. got into denver weds. afternoon & left CO for CA weds night. drove through the rockies, through SLC & into nevada. now in sacramento at my boy's mamas. went out for drinks with her tonight. word! haha, only unfortunate thang is that i couldnt fit my hoop into my pack so i had to leave it home in pgh. beeeeatskeet. so im totally jonesing for a birthday hoop sesh. hopefully, i find a lovely hoopa hussie to share a hoop with coz im dyinnnn' out here, dawg! haha.…

got the shoulder trick today! yesss. you dont understand how many hits to the face & ears i took to get this damn trick. [ha, actually, you probably do] anywho, i also got the vertical vortex last night, very much to my surprise. ive been finding if i approach a trick with confidence, its easier to figure out what needs to happen. eh, atleast thats whats been helping me along so quick.. & also the inspiration i get from my fellow h00pie friends [maddddh00pl0ve,dawgs] helps me move…

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
