namaste & hello to all my sisters and brothers in the hoop!

i am a thirty something mom living in stockholm (originally from los angeles and san fran.) who just got off her ass and into the hoop!lol ok , about 1 year ago!

no really, i have seen hoopers dance beautifully for years and years now, i am a dancer myself, but only recently crossed that bridge into hooping,

unfortunately, there seem to be NO hoopers in sweden!!!

well ....i have quite recently, just been ofered the opportunity to teach a beginner hooping class and CREATE those new hoopers in our local music dance school!!! if you dont meet 'em, teach 'em!

hooray!!!!!!!

it is both a joy and thrill to bring movement/hooping into other peoples lives and i will share my experience with you all as that evolves:)
