Writing this lying in a toasy bed with my eco electric blanket on as hot as it gets. Got back from another hoopy monday....now officially dubbed 'hoopday'. As usual i havnt come back completely unscathed...pulled a muscle in my rib area trying to foot hoop whilst doing a shoulder stand. Needless to say that trick still needs some work :) Emma did an awesome class today thought, its our last one til the new year and she spent it going through loads of cool circus tricks she picked up at her…  

Well shall i tell you what me and my lovely friend miss ash decided last night? Music is our life blood, it can make me cry, sigh, jump, dance, and shake my bootie like nothin else can...and we love it! Had my first advanced hoop class today. I was a bit apprehensive bout going from being one of the better hoopers in the easier class to being one of the worst and whether my perfectionsitic low self esteemed hooping ego could take the blow...I did get a bit frustrated at myself at points at not being able to pick things up as quickly as i would have liked but managed to get over it prettyquickly and just enjoy the process of learning.
