flat spot on tubing

sometime when i cut my tubing then put it together with a cupling, there is a flt spot about 6 inches long where it connects! how do i make that stop happening! its really annoying!

- I saw them at your shop. I was there with my daughter Stacia. People told me about the weekly hoop get together, but I usually work on the weekends and have off Monday through Wednesday, so I never made it. It will be fun to meet you now and at Caroleen'a workshop. I am asking one of my vacation weeks to be scheduled for her workshop so I can stay a few extra days. ^_^

I think I have seen your hoops! I will be in Jacksonville at the end of February to visit my daughter and I will hope to meet you then. Do you sell a lot? I ask because many times I don't sell a lot at the Art Walk and I am a bit surprised because Jacksonville is so big and such a great place for hooping. My motivation for coming to Art Walk is not so much for business anyway---Art Walk gives me an excuse to visit my daughter and then I always bring TONS of extra hoops for everyone to play with. We have so much fun! Twice I have brought Hal Clayton with me, he was the State Champion hooper through Wham-O many years ago and the people at Art Walk love to watch him.
Hope to meet you in person soon, maybe at Three Layers Coffee... do you go there?
