My lower back has been in pain for a while now. I haven't doe a lot of hooping because of it. I did a backbend and went too far and thats how it started but I don't know how to make thepain go away.…

This year really did fly by. It seems like it was just January 1st 2010 and we were doing what we are doing now. For the most part it has been great. Though towards the end, some negative things have occured. Probably one of the best things that happened this year was hooping.
