hey there! just seen your hoop vid, you have great rythme in the hoop! I teach pole dancing so that is priority just now, but to be honest hooping is alot more gentle on my body! but still a great workout so i really love it, it's easy to just pick up your hoop as well where as i need to do a big warm up and prepare to practice on the pole! Do you stil have a pole in your house? xx

No prob on the tips. Im still new at this so I still remember when I first picked up my hoop. It wasnt long ago...Thanksgiving 2009. lol So if you ever need any newbie hooper tips just let me know. Im always open to helping others out.

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
