It's amazing how things work out isn't it? I am thankful that you created this online community where I've have learned, shared, and felt connected to hooping on a deeper level. Without it I probably wouldn't have been as active in the hoop community as I have been (or been able to meet other hoopers). This site has been an AMAZING resource. From tricks, products to buy, to making my first hoop (which I just did today!!) I'm so glad you made this dream a reality. I just want to say thank you Safire, from the bottom of my heart cause now everyday I have somewhere to go to share my passion of hooping with others and I don't feel so alone in this crazy hobby of mine. thank you thank you thank you!!!

That is a very positive way to look at it. I don't htink I could ever be such a big person and say that... but I am definitely happy you created and grew this community. Even though I've only been here a short time, it has been a wonderful place to share my passion.

Hurray for the weavers of fate! I've been wishing for a community for hooping so I can find people close to me and share in this delight, today I found it here at Hoop City. I'm so excited to meet the few people I have already added and hope to add and meet more. THANK YOU for creating this forum. By the way, it is SUPER user friendly; simple and elegant, just as the Universe intends.

amen, sistah! I bought a lottery ticket today. If I win, I am buying a sweet fire hoop, and then a Frida Kahlo painting :-) and maybe a dishwasher (then I could hoop more lol) but I totally agree with you, I am living proof... so many things that I thought were horrible at the time, have taught me so many valuable lessons, that I am lucky to have learned from!

I have to tell you that this video right here is the one that made me want to learn all of the tricks I can it made me push myself more and still right now watching it amazes me and makes me push myself so hard...
