Wow, what a wonderful experience! I look forward to moments like that when I can stop thinking about practicing and just be in the moment. I love that I've found another hobby that is not only fun but can also be meditative. I'm glad you shared you full rainbow ring moment. :)

I am all for the big hoop!! With a larger size hoop I am able to have "space" to dance that I don't have in a smaller hoop. I know what you mean about just letting go and being in that wonderful spinning place of magic! :)
