Calling all LED hoop makers in the Portland (OR) area!!

I was hoping to find someone in the area who makes LED Hoops. I am trying to convert my current LED Hoop into another by taking the lights and wiring out of the tubing to put them in a new tubing. I will definitely pay for services, so if you or some one you know is LED savvy please contact me! I was hoping to get this done by May 31st for a performance. THANKS!!
