First off let me start out by saying that I am so HAPPY! Since starting to hoop a few days ago, I have accomplished WAY MORE than I thought possible in this amount of time...But can I just say...I can finally CHEST HOOP!! :D Since learning other tricks.. it has been in the back of my mind..EATING AT ME, because it looks so fun and it is so important to know how to do but I just couldnt figure it out. I am one happy girl to say that I have learned chest hooping, knee hooping, one shoulder hooping, bring it above my head and back down..(still need to learn the vortex!) hooping on my feet laying down, elbow hooping, neck hooping, and knee hooping with one foot. 

I have so much more to learn and there is so much fun left to be had but I am loving this journey.  I feel great about myself and I feel like I actually have a passion to live for.  I decided eventually I want to start a hooping fitness class. (there are none in this area! dayton, oh) I want other people to open their eyes, mind, bodies, and spirit to this wonderful thing! Ah I am loving life again! <3 Lanette
