my boyfriend has recently been joining in on my hoop sessions!!! its been great! and sad to say his isolations are getting as good as mine!! LOL! but its a great way for us to spend time together and also a good work out!! It also has been helpful in getting us to connect better and have more serious talks about fights we have had in the past! ill be posting videos soon of both of us hooping together so tune in!
