When did you first start hooping? i had seen it on the internet and at shows then my friend liv got into it and convinced me too! in 09

Would you call yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced hooper? beginner, i havent been as commited as id like

How often do you hoop? at least 2ice a week :).

Do you have an indoor hoop space? not really, ive knocked things over and almost broke a few others!!!

Is there a hoop group where you live? there are in the summer :)

Would you say that you are obsessed with or addicted to hooping? i am! but i need to get more involved

What kind of songs do you listen to while hooping? anything really. i do like jamiroquai and bob dylan right now, and anything poppy!

Have you lost weight since starting to hoop? when i did it religiously i did yes.

What advice would you give to to beginner hoopers? DONT GIVE UP! STICK WITH IT AND EVERYONE GETS WHACKED IN THE FACE!!

Do you fire hoop? id like to get better at regular hooping and then set myself on fire

Do own an LED hoop? Where did you get it? i do not, i wish!! i want to try and make one!!

How much time do you spend on safiredance.ning? not enough

What was the first trick you learned (besides waist hooping)? the vortex and then the shoulder roll which i got like once after an hour and could never do it again!!!

What is the last trick you mastered? i dont know exactly what its called but, switching arms from elbows behind the back :)

What trick so far was the hardest for you to learn? shoulder tricks//barrel rolls are hard for me now, im all out of sequence

Which one are you finding is almost impossible to get? opposite direction!!

How many hoopers would you say live in your town/city? alot!

Has anyone told you you were too old to be playing with a hula hoop? no but someone told my friend that! for shame!!!

What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop? hit myself in the ear on a cold day, it stung for an hour!
