Wow, today was my longest hoop session ever! I feel so amazing inside & out! I have this complete

sense ease floating around my entire body. I feel like I can just float off the ground if I wanted to! I'm sure lots of you have experienced this hoopie bliss before, and man are we lucky! Haha, but really though I am SO glad I picked up the hoop this year (feb). Probably the best thing I've done for myself, EVER! And also the best natural high.

For the past few months I've been feeling so unsatisfied with my life & self. Everytime I thought about it I just wanted to cry, and the worst part was that I had no clue why I felt that way. I am a very blessed person to be honest and that fact that I felt this inner sadness bothered me badly. I had no clue why I felt so damn unsatisfied!

Fast foward to present time & day- I've come to realize a lot of those feelings I had have vanished! And I'm 100% certain it is because I've gotten into the hoop. Hooping lets my soul run free and when I hoop I feel creative, talented, & beautiful! This may sound a bit dramatic, but I can just scream with joy because I've found something that I love & can practice everyday! When I'm hooping I feel like I'm actually doing something positive & productive with my life. Thank you hoop!!

I just had to write this down so when time passes and I read this over again I can smile & be happy to know I have something great in my life that makes me feel good. Today has just been a great hooping day overall and I want to share it with you guys because this community truely is beautiful & filled with encouragement & love. I love it!
