A lot of people are doing or have completed the 30/30 challenge. (Congrats to those that have finished) To me hooping is play time and it's supposed to fun. If I forced myself to hoop every day even when I didn't want to then it would feel a lot like work and I don't want play time to feel that way so, I've modified the 30/30 challenge to fit me.

 

 I decided to do 20 hrs in 30 days.  This way the focus isn't on doing it every day. If I don't feel well one day, something happens beyond my control, or I'm just feeling lazy I don't have to feel like I've failed if I skip a day. Even though this winds up being 5 more hours of hooping than the 30/30 it feels a lot more achievable to me. 

 

 In the spirit of the 30/30 challenge I've decided to pair the 20 hrs in 30 days with the 30 day photo challenge. Take 1 picture every day for 30 days. 

 

 So, if you've wanted to do the 30/30 challenge but you feel it's to daunting I encourage you to modify it to fit in to your daily life.  It's not written in stone that it has to be 30 mins for 30 days.  Do whatever feels good and is challenging to you!
