Well....it was a good experience, my first hooping in public adventure. We hit this little festival run by some friends. Set up the hoop tent with lots of hoops to share and sell. Wendy handled the sales and teaching folks. I also taught folks but hooped in front of a crowd. Learned a LOT--mostly about my tendency to hide--behind speakers, behind the stage, with my back to the audience. This comes from not having a lot of confidence, which is something I just need to push through. Learned to not perform while tired--sometimes that can't be helped. Spread some hoop love, encouraged lots of folks, and blew a few minds. Definitely a great experience. Thanks everyone for your words of advice and ecnouragement!

oooooh! You've been liberated. Watch... you'll end up doing crazier and crazier things! You're an awesome hooper - about time you got out from behind the speakers and bushes!

Excellent! Now that you have the first performance behind you, you'll find yourself looking for ways to push the boundaries further. Enjoy the trip!
