I've been having shoulder and back problems lately which makes it really hard to practice. I stretch and warm up for at least 15 minutes, but for some reason my body isn't cooperating right now. Please send me good vibes and wish me well~

Good vibes babes!! I feel your pain! I wass in a bad car wreck when I was young that has left me with long term arm probs. Along with a bad hip, I've noticed ice helps alot! Keep up the great hooping!! Much love!!
