I've relized how much hooping has really made me have something to look forward to! It's something I'm really passionate about, and even though my body aches, and I feel like I'm going to collapse I keep going because I want to! I love just having a few hours a day to myself to work on hooping, It brings me so much joy :))
Finally got the hoop up from my knees! "Shake dat a**, watch yo self'" hahaha
Working on hooping with one leg.. I can get the leg out but not back in! (Brittany's definitely the inspiration on learning this one)

Working on some transitions that Natalie at Gitana Hoop Dance showed us, because you can never learn enough of those!
