Wow, today is my one-year hooping anniversary! I can't believe how much the hoop has enriched and changed my life. I have been able to share my love of hooping with so many people including family, friends and personal training clients. In the past year I have met awesome and talented hoopers, attended workshops and even held several of my own beginner hooping workshops at my local gym. I've hooped with kids, adults, seniors, guys - you name it - my motto is, "I can teach anyone to hoop - don't be afraid to laugh and have fun with it!" I am now gearing up to teach my first 8-week hoopdance workout class through our city's adult ed. program. My next goal is to get a video up of me hooping - I think it's about time :) It will be amazing to see what my second year of hooping brings! I'm sure it will bring a lot of joy - Happy Hooping everyone!
