I'm getting better at moving the hoop down from my waist to my hips, and maintaining the hoop there (my Hoopnotica 1 dvd helped). But, the giant left hip bruise is back---which I expected since my form wasn't the greatest---my badge, as someone on here called it. I can hoop on the hips in both directions, but sometimes still have a hard time getting the hoop down, but I know with practice I'll be a whiz in no time.

I ALMOST did a correct "lift" up into a lasso, and then from lasso back to my hip. I can't remember what that's called, but am stuggling with getting the hoop to start up again once I bring it back down....but I did once, which is promising. :)

I need to practice patience more than hooping! So much hooping, so little time. :)

Nice work! You are so right about the practice! and I totally agree once you do it once you can do it again! Keep it up!
