It is an odd feeling to be on stage at times, but when you make your life a circus it put's you in the center ring! Recently having been in the local paper it has brought a new celebrity status to myself and has definitely sparked a curiosity with a lot of people. It is strange for me to have total stranger's approach me, "you are the Hoop Guy!" makes me smile really big and say "Yes I am the Hoop Guy". Such a feeling to bring something to people that gives them happiness.


I never expected a small hobby to ever bring this much exposure to me, I just wanted to have fun and maybe get a few friends involved and maybe make a few new one's along the way.. Definitely have accomplished making a few new friends. I have been blessed with the people the Hoop has brought into my life, I love you all very much.
I have a opportunity now to go to school's and Hoop with the Kid's. That is something I am very thankful for. I was an overweight child, and I see how many kid's out there have the same problem. This is a way for me to make a difference in a big way. I know that there are a few kids in this world that do not have any interest in sports at all, so they are not active. Bringing a creative outlet such as the hoop I feel can influence them in so many way's. Who know's where the Hoop can take them. Can you Imagine if you have a generation raised on hoop dance, How crazy would their Hoop style be? I love to run around and act crazy anyway and where better to do it than in P.E class..
