so i go to my grandmas this weekend i call her my PEMO
she is the light of my life, my rock, the best old lady the lord
could give me.

so PEMO is 72 she say shes 82
in my reply "my dont you look good for 80!"
shes laughs out loud.

i took my hoops to see her and she was
very proud of me.
the next morning she takes my hoop
and starts to neck hoop
hah this was a site

we then for about half an hour
stood in her living room teaching
her the basics. she new how to do
the helicoptor pretty well
she exclaimed she twirled baton
when she was younger but
she really like to panamine
wow that was interesting!

she she really liked the prayer hooping
at a verticle plane.
what other grandma hoops ?!
there is so many ways that hooping
has made my life so full and enjoying.
