Sweet Experience
first public Hoop Jam last night.... It was a sweet experience and
there were many smiles and lots of hooping. It was the most fun that I
have had since my mom passed away 3 years ago. The hoop is so healing
and my heart is opening up to the glimmers of light shining in. Watch
out Havasu the hoop love is going to spread like wild fire.
I am still charged from seeing all ages pick up hoops and swirl. The part I loved the most was the smiles and the FUN, I love having fun and being able to share that and connect with others is such a treat and extremely healing to my heart. My goals are to spread the hoop love....I want hoops in every school in Havasu and I want to help people with wellness and cancer. This is just a first of many journals that I will share my road in making this happen. Tonight I have a meeting with the Cancer Association of Havasu to do just that... Send a little hoop prayer my way I meet with them at 5pm.
In honor of my best friend and the most FUN person I have ever known.... Nancy Graham 1953-2006 passed away of breast cancer I miss you so much mama I hope you are hooping in heaven. Before she died she told me she only had two regrets...... She wished she would have sang in a rock band and she wished she would have exercised more.
With exercise this fun how could you not!!!!

Glad you are meeting with them. They are really awesome people. They were out at the Breath of Life festival when you were in Vegas the other day. So was the Youth Organization. I'm working with a couple after school programs to get more hoops for them. The PE classes at the local elementary schools are already teaching arm tosses and such it's awesome! I've got a lunch set up with some girls from the high school dance teams... wouldn't it be sweet if they were spinning purple and gold hoops at half times next year?!! I'm so happy you have found hooping. It really is a magical place.
