I have to confess my hooping has become very very sporadic...VERY sporadic.
Which makes no sense considering it is summer and hooping outside is so much better than inside..
but summer also means i get to spend time in my shop doing art.. my shop is not heated so winter i don't get much welding in, so hooping in cramped spaces in the house in winter happens daily.
Between work, shop time, friends, looking for a house to buy, and packing up my current abundance of accumulated crap (i for see a lot of dump trips in my near future), i am finding it hard to get in my hoop much.
Perhaps i should slot time for hooping as if it was my job.. which is what i do with my shop time , and my actual job.
That just might "work"... lol.. where is my day planner ?

I think of hobbies/responsibilities as more of a slide than a balance. It doesn't stay the same....it drifts. I feel that drifting away from the hoop enriches the dance when I drift back, because I bring in new energy when I return.
