I adore my Dreamweaver Hoop! I can not thank you enough for providing this wonderful work of art. I love the sound it makes when hooping, I say that she has voice and can only sing when beginning spun round and round. You have given me a great joy and I am honored.
hey again! maybe i could be charismatic enough and have enough native blood for them to share, but my instincts tell me not to invade. i would hate to impose upon their culture. as for your tour, i think you would get a tremendous amount of response in the area i'm in. i live in northern california, santa rosa specifically, but anywhere here, from santa cruz, san francisco, santa rosa, eureka, to eugene, i think would be a great spot to teach & perform. you probably already know that having participated in hoop camp—really wish i could have made it this year!
do you know of any performers who hold workshops on it in this area?
hi luna, i was first introduced to the native american hoop dance in costa rica, but never got to see a performance of it or ask the instructor more about it. i was wondering how i can find more information on it, and when i googled it, your name came up twice, so i figured, maybe you could point me in the right direction? it would be greatly appreciated! thanks so much and happy holidaze (:
Excellent to hear! I will be saving for your next class. I want to go to hoop camp very very badly but have yet to find any KS hoopers to road trip with. I have no money for a flight so unless I find a good priced ticket and some friends it is unlikely. This time next year I will have graduated and hopefully will have left behind my college broke days and will be afford to play with the big kids! Haha I will be in lawrence for the playshop on wed, do you attend?
I just couldnt get the money together to join your July 25th class, I just met ya and heard about it w/ too short of notice for a broke girl like me, but I am super excited to hear about it and was wondering if you plan to have more in the upcoming months so I can start saving now!? Im a beginner ( a dedicated one but a beginner just the same) and would love to play and learn at one of your classes in the future.
Unfortunately, I am going to have to MANUALLY transfer over 1700 students to the new site. When it is ready I'll be posting EVERYWHERE with instructions on how to log into your account. I'll do whatever it takes to make this work so you don't lose your access.
