I know what you mean - muscle memory is a wonderful thing! :) And once we get certain moves down, playing with them is so much easier.

Right on. Thanks for taking a look and putting so much effort into it. :3 I love how hooping is so forgiving. Even when I haven't been hooping every day or even every week I still made strides when I get back into the hoop. Now that I've started to get chest hooping it feels like a lot of other stuff is coming together. Not to mention how much fun it is to float the hoop under one of my arms.

No it should still be up and around. If you go here, to my channel and scroll down to the bottom you'll see my recorded library. The only vid there is the one in question. Not sure what is going on with it not playing from the upload all the sudden.

Boann, all I'm getting is a color bar with "Offline" across it. Did you record this video or was it only available for a certain amount of time after it streamed?

Thankies! I think chest hooping is one of my favorite things to do. I love how it feels throughout the entire body. I sprained my left ankle a few months ago and I think the foot hooping is good for it, though it feels a bit odd.

you go girl!! woo woo!! it was good to see you hooping! looking good on the chest hooping , (that took me foreeeever to learn) and the foot hooping. keep it up! :)
