all about hand spins! (beginner and advanced lesson)
so, as I have been saying I would for many months, here's another off body tutorial for you folks! It starts out with a beginner type of hand spin (one where it doesn't have to leave your grip) and then a more advanced one (the kind of hand spin where it rolls across the back of your hand.
I also have the horizontal version of the beginner type (the spin that goes around the back of the head) but I forgot about it initially, so it comes in towards the ending.
