My hoop practice was feeling a little stagnant and dissociated for a week or so.. then I remembered how amazing, exhilarated, and reborn I felt after attending Baxter's workshop in Kansas City. I remembered the feeling of the unknown when I covered my eyes within the hoop. I remembered loving it. The physical connection to the hoop is enhanced tenfold, each subtle force is noticed, and you are thrust into the moment. This meditative feeling of being eternally present in the hoop is so freeing -- it keeps you from feeling bored or resentful of the hoop. This might not be my most technically savvy video, but I can honestly say that this is the most authentic that I have felt in a long time :)
i love this
