you will crystal...i just video taped stuff for myself and then when i watched it i became proud of what i had done and the fun i had. so i just wanted to share. this forum is so great to share hoop love on, so it was easy to have no fear:)

thank you:) it might not seem like this is a big deal, but just three days before i shot this vid, i was in denver practicing and i spontaneously started chest hooping at an angle! i could never angle it before, i couldnt figure out how to change planes with the hoop on my chest...so this practice was alot of chest hoopin, breaks, angles and reversals!!

Nice! I always hoop best to the songs in my head :) I love your hair.
