Cheers people :) @Kelly Kerner: There's a number of possible grip sequences that would work but I use a weird one where I spin it on my full hand when my arm is reached behind me then as it comes out from behind me it's on my thumb and I do an odd thumb carry in front and across my body. Really hard to explain in text, sorry. You can just about see it on the video if you play it slowly. xx
